[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Shipment not received on time - incorrect update on tracking site | |||||
I have ordered one air cooler from shopclue, they sent it via xpressbees (To bangalore). On 7-apr-2016 i received an sms saying "out for delivery", but no one called me and i did not find any missed call either. At the evening, they updated the site indicating "mobile unreachable/unanswered..." (Which is not true). I have called their customer service on 8th, they assured it will be delivered on 9th april. But on one turned up yet.. I have called them today (9th april) as well.. But still no response from bangalore xpressbees office.. Definitely it is not a good service.. (At least in bangalore)...
