Xpressbees Logistics — shipments delivery deliberately delaying

Delivery of my shipment with awb [protected] is deliberately delaying by the delivery executive. It was out for delivery on 13.01.2018 and 18.01.2018. I was available in the address on both days. They never tried to call me or came to my address. They updated the status as consignee not available in address. My contact no [protected] / [protected]
