Got a message card will be delivered as on 8th jan but afternoon got text again due consignee is not available we couldn’t delivery. Immediately called the customer care to inform that am available in my office and from delivery boy i haven’t receive any call and also i check with security/reception, no one visited the my office so raise a complaint on same. As on 10th jan @ 8.48am receive a text stating today it will deliver but again @ 10.17 am got text due house/office closed address not delivered so immediately called to customer care to check what’s happening but customer care executive anjali was not so supportive and she place the called on hold to check the details with seniors and disconnected the call, so immediately again give a call to customer care and mr rahul confirm that he arrange the call back so spoke with nikhil and got a confirmation that he will send the courier again on sat to home address since as per policy it will not be able to delivery to office address. Worst service xpressbees gives to the customer, they need to tracek the delivery person whether he reached the destination or not, they need to track end to end but are lacking to do that.
