Xpressbees Logistics — updating fake reasons

I ordered a product & it was shipped in xpressbee courier, i received a sms with delivery boy number but when i called him there is no response from his end & i tried to contact the customer care number its not even connecting, it says not valid information in ivr itself

In tracking its show customer not available but its a fake one im available at the delivery address 24hours.. Delivery person no is [protected].. I need some one to read this & solve asap bcoz i paid in online entire amount.. Im afraid if they steal my package... Pls help asap.. My email [protected]@gmail.com
