[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Where is my package | |
I had made an online purchase . The following text is quoted from the shipping notification mail (I have also attached a screenshot of the notification) " We have shipped the product through XpressBees Logistics with Tracking No [protected]. Visit the link to track your order: https://track.aftership.com/?tracking-numbers=[protected]. " Click on the link to see for yourself what the result is . Use the tracking number [protected] by itself and it says " not found" What is this. Where is my package ? Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 11, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue was with the package tracking. The implementation of tracking system is extremely confusing, vague and downright absurd, enough to make a customer think his package has gone missing. However my package was delivered on time. So I am closing the complainant. XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
