Sir, Vide awb no.[protected] I received a wrong item from xpressbees. I ordered for a laptop and got a scarpped damaged power bank and full payment was done. Very clear that this was intentional. I informed to the police and filed the case. I request you to investigate the matter and do the needful that might help me. My Awb number[protected]. I didnt get my parcel.pls deliver me fast soon as.in tracking status it seen delivered but i dod not get my courier how it is possible?
