Xpressbees Logistics — xpressbees deceiving customers | |||||
Order awb:[protected] with the name of arpita majumder Jabong order no: #[protected] I ordered a product from jabong.com. The delivery of the product is to be done by xpressbees. They made the first attempt on 21.12.2017. I was unable to receive it due to some problem. The xpressbees delivery executive assured that he will deliver it on 22.12.2017. But since then no attempt was made by xpressbees. Where as twice i got a text message from their end saying 'consignee refused to accept the order'. To resolve the matter i called their customers care executive ([protected]) twice since last week. They assured they will schedule delivery of my product but nothing has been done till now. This is merely deceiving customers i would say. From a brand like xpressbees this is totally not expected. I would request to kindly make the delivery of my product as soon as possible. My FirstCry shipment with AWB No:[protected] is not yet received but status shows delivered on 16-12-17 at 10:19 PM. This is wrong. I have not received product.I placed the order on 7-12-17. It reached Trivandrum on 13-12-17. It was out for delivery on 16-12-17. But without delivering they have updated status as delivered.
