Xrbia — non availability of electric meter since possession, flat no. a-15/103 | |||
I am darsana shah, owner of flat no. A-15/103. I want to highlight one serious issue which i am facing since possession of my flat i. E. Since 30.09.2017. Till date there is no electric meter for my flat. Earlier there was one electric meter fixed but it was of different owner ie of flat a15-006 ms shruti gupta. This came to light when i received the first bill. The bill had all details of ms gupta like email id, mobile number etc but with my flat number. After my complain, the meter was removed. I had received a sms from msedcl on 26.04.2017 with a different consumer number. On enquiring about the consumer number from msedcl, i was informed that the builder has not paid the registration fee for that consumer number and therefore they have not allotted a meter for my flat. Since then i am following with various exexutives of xrbia and technosmart, but till date the matter is not resolved and my flat does not have a correct meter in my name. Recently, they have installed the wrong meter again which is in the name of ms shruti gupta. Currently i am following up with mr rubesh krishnan who is aware of the entire situation. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Being a nri, it's very difficult for me to keep following up for the meter. I have emailed the entire issue several times and yesterday also at facility email id. Was this information helpful? | |||
