Xrbia — refund of my flat

I have took the flat in xrbia at pune talegaon. My flat no is - c 801
Due to my some personal reason i have to cancelled my flat. So i would like to request you to cancel the flat as soon as possible and i request you to give my some payment return please do the need full.

I have been trying to get in touch with but i am not getting response from their end.
