[Resolved] Yaantra — regarding bad service of yaantra | |||||
Hi Sir/Mam, I am sending this message to make you aware about my experience with Yaantra(Online Site for Refurbished, Unboxed, Preowned Mobiles & Repair). I had given my phone for repair on 5th, july to Yaantra team. They assured me for delivery of repaired mobile phone before sunday(8th july). Today, it's 13th july and till now i didn't got my cellphone. I am facing no of issues as my all office applications are there in cellphone only. I have called Yaantra support nearly 40-50 times, but i am getting only falls promises. Please, consider this as a complaint so that i will get my cellphone back and no one else will suffer like me.
