I had bought a lenovo z2 plus from yaantra and the day it came i had registered a complaint as it's front camera isn't working. It is more than 2 weeks from the complaint date as no message and no person came to me at this time. I had made many calls and they told me that service team will come to me in few days and nobody came to me. I request you to sort out my problem as quick as possible. My complaint id is exyc62258

I have given my mobile to repair for just changing the usb charging port, and its been week they r not returning my phone,, always making some excuse,, quality check, part awaited and blah blah.,... Such a stupid service,,,,,,,,,,, dont give your mobile to them they r fraud
