[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — bike repair and service | |||
My relation with yamaha was very old starting from my father owning yamaha rx 100. Now i am owner of yamha szr - up53az 3792 which i bought from baharat trading company, gorakhpur. My recent experience with service of bharat trading company staffs specially mr dk pandey and supervisor was not good. On 26th feb 2018, when i went there to get my bike repaired and serviced through insurance then they didn't had parts so i have to pay in advance And give order. The order came in march 13-14, but then also i had to do followups and check if the order came, they didn't informed me inspite of Providing details like mobile number etc. I work in noida and specially went to gorakhpur to get my bike repaired on 17th mar 2018. I went to the yamaha service center which is at rustompur dhala and gave my bike at 12pm on sayurday. I repeatedly asked their help to get my bike repaired And they also told that it will get it completed today and they will call me. The call didn't come till 6pm, when i called they told that repair is in progress and it will be delivered at night and he will let me know by 7pm. Again the call didn't came and they switched off their phone. I went next day at 11 pm and saw that few things were replaced in bike and it was standing still. I again requested and i had to return back on sunday evening to noida. They again told "ho jayega.. Karwa denge".. Mr dk pandey told that call at 2pm and it will be ready. But again i called at 2pm and supervisor told that it is still not ready as the mechanic is on holiday and they don't have mechanic - i was really pissed off. Then i aksed him to get my bike delivered in whatever condition it is now as i have to leave in evening to noida. I paid bill of 4020 to this service center and when i came home - no meter was working, no horn etc. I was really shocked. I called supervisor and i have all recordings He told me that when you come next time, he will get it repaired without any cost. I had an argument with mr dk pandey and he told me you can go ahead and put complain in whatever forum you want and this is how they treat customers. I am also proud owner of honda activa and what they commit they deliver, i haven't faced these kind of issues. I had trust on yamaha but it shocked me this time And i will not recommend anyone in my company or in my social circle to buy anything from yamaha as it doesn't treat its customers with pride. Hello. I live in dhule in Maharashtra state I want to purchase r15 v3 but I like full black colour but in showroom said to me company lunch only 2 colour so pleas I want to confirm black colour surly not launch in dhule
