[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — bike repair

I met with an accident on 9th may 2018 and gave my bike for repair to aadarsh yamaha shop no. F-344, old m b road, chatri wala kuan, lado sarai, new delhi, delhi 110030 under insurance on 11h may or 13th do not remember the exact date. But the main point is today is june 21 more than a month and my bike is still not repaired. On a saturday they called and said bike is ready just come with the money but it was on insurance so i thought i would claim it and get the money then i will hand it over to the service center. But when i called on monday they said parts are yet to be delivered. I don't know why but they do not have any records of the conversation they have. One guy calls and when i call the other guy says parts are yet to delivered. Again on a saturday i called and asked what about the parts that was to be delivered 2 weeks ago they said it's here we are just waiting for the insurance guy to check and then do the needful. I was happy that now finally after more than a month of waiting i will get my bike but when i went there my bike was in a corner in dust as if no one has worked on it for days and the clutch liver and footpeg on the left side was still the same. When i inquired about it they said the insurance guy is not here so just waiting for him to come he will inspect and then we will repair the remaining parts. Which was to be done on monday and i was there on wednesday. Remind you the guy who told me on saturday mr. Gaurav who is said to be the manager there, that due to eid workers are not there to show the bike to the insurance guy so he will come on monday and when i was there on wednesday they said it will take 3 4 more days. It is not the first time they were lying to me. It's been a month everytime i call they have a different excuse. Finally i got the number for insurance guy, i called him and asked that the service guy said you will be there on monday and today is wednesday. He told me that he doesn't have any idea of it and no one told him to come and check.
This was the first time me getting a bike for myself the wait time was more than a month.. It was not even a month and met with an accident and now i am waiting for more than a month to get my bike repaired which was to be done in 2 weeks as the showroom people told me.

And everytime and i call them they have a different excuse all together like parts are not here, some parts are in back log, will take just a week now, waiting for the insurance guy to come and inspect blah blah.
I heard a lot about the bad experience people had with yamaha service centers still bought yamaha r15v3 because r15 was the only bike which took me to love motorcycling back in 2008
And now i have an experience of the bad experience with service center, customer service everything apart from the bike is bad about yamaha (As per my experience).

And the parts are still not here.. same story has been shared that parts are here and then if we got there parts nahi aye hai and all will take 2 3 days only. And Mr. Gaurav is always on a meeting or somewhere if Me or my Dad goes at the service center to ask about the bike. Same thing happened to me yesterday. They said parts is here, it was not, dad went there they said will take 2 3 days and mr.Gaurav was on a meeting again.
