[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Complaint against Yamaha and Dealer(Himgiri Yamaha) - Manufacturing Defect in bike R15V3 | |||
I bought my bike in the month of October, got my first service in the month of November. Just after 2 month of service, my bike engine start making kit kit noise. Immediately next morning I took my bike to Yamaha dealer (Himgiri Yamaha East Krishna Nagar) on 6th Feb 21. & He told me that engine is not taking engine oil and further engineer will see exact problem. After few days I follow up with dealer and he told me bike has manufacturing defect and require a replacement of part called '' Cylinder Kit. I took follow up in every 2-3 days but dealer told me part is pending with the Yamaha end. Till date I have not received my bike yet. They have charged me engine oil in the bill in the first service but still my bike engine got tempered. I also called Yamaha many time but they did not give me a satisfactory result. On 25th Feb I also raise a complaint ticket(IC-50247) with Yamaha. But till date no action is taken. Was this information helpful? | |||
