[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Complaint on sairam motors yamaha service center | |||
My bike meet with a accident on 4-may-16 and went to repair my yamaha fazer v2 in sairam motors padi. Front assembly, side scope and forke twist was the problem suggested by the service engineers. I spent around rs 10000 to repaid my bike and i am not satisfied with the service. My front scope had a minor crack which i didnt notice at the time of delivery and offen my forke is getting twisted again and again. After the service my bike engine is also getting over heated and chain makes lot of noise. I am getting irresponsible answers from the manager mr. Elango and they are kicking my front tyre to remove the forke twist with is a temporary solution, its been done thrice and i still have the problem. By bike is just 1 years old and i feel like driving a old vehicle because of the forke twist chain noise and the engine sound and heating (Not sure if the oil is changed but they have charged me for it.
