[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — dealer response to worst | |||
Hi am sathish from chennai. I have booked fasino vehicle on jan 21 & paid 40500 rs initially in raj yamaha showroom at chennai kottivakam & the executive name benjamin. Everyday he giving a false commitment after 59 days completed till now i didn't get my vehicle. So i ask him to cancel my booking & initiate refund. They inform to get refund in 3 days. This is worst experience in yamaha service. Fyi - 1year back i bought fz v2 in the same dealer & completed 5 free service. Everytime they are not repair my vehicle properly. Even it happen all my friends & common customers. Hereafter i never buy yamaha vehicles & tell my friends & wellwishers to don't buy a vehicle in yamaha. Was this information helpful? | |||
