[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — delay in delivery of bike | |||
I had booked n made my full amount payment for MT15 at MCP yamaha Thrissur on oct 11th as they told the bike is in transit. The bike reached showroom on 14th oct n i made up the insurance done on the same date. They ensured me delivery on the same date n which was not done. Now they specify it as issue with temporary registration. They already told that TP paper work will be done on 14th itself .. now they are making excuses day by day . Being a full amount paid customer, I would like to know in detail why this delay had happened from yamaha customer care (not from the showroom)please check whether the TP was done on 14th as specified to customer ?
