Yamaha Motor India — escalation on bad customer service | |||
I am writing this mail with highly disappointed in your service. This is my first yamaha bike and i am bike lover with more than 2 super bike in my garage so during the initial launch of yamaha r15 bike in the month of february i had booked the bike with a dealer in kochi. My booking date was in 10th march 2018 and till now there is no information about my deliver of bike. Also each time i call up the dealer they says due to lack of bike received from yamaha company from surajpur they are unable to deliver my bike. Now when i called them up again they are saying a 3months delivery time which will adds up a total of 6 months. I had booked the bike without even seeing it in showroom only because of trust in yamaha and how their service is to the customers. Please give me a resolution on the same.
