Yamaha Team, This is to let you know that the customer service done at your show room in Kanchipuram is highly not satisfactory each time. A week back I had to let my bike for service at your show room for which I am being informed each day that parts required for my bike (Yamaha Ray) is not available and the order which they have placed for bike parts is not delivered yet. My bike was in the same condition for a week in show room so I was forced to take back my bike and got it serviced at a local bike service center. Please take necessary actions regarding this issue.
