[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Frustrated with raj yamaha service center | |||||
Hi team, Vehicle number : tn 14 e 6583 Model : r15 version 0.2 Vehicle submitted date :[protected] Job card number : 87040 My bike suffered some damages because of an accident, so left the vehicle for repair at raj yamaha service center @ thoraipakkam omr on the above mentioned date. Have not got any positive response from the team on the delivery date of the vehicle yet. Every time i call the response from the service center is that the parts are yet to arrive. After repeated follows up and four promised dates later i was informed that i would be getting my bike on last friday[protected]. But have not received any response from them yet. On ringing them up again now they are saying that the doom part of the bike is yet to arrive. I am not sure how many months i will have to wait to get my bike repaired. If this is the service being provided the yamaha service centers, i would recommend my friends not to get an yamaha vehicle. I understand that to get the original yamaha parts it may take sometime, but didnt know that even two months is not enough for you guys to get the part of a bike model which is still in production. I am very much disappointed with your service, if there is a delay in the deliver of the vehicle atleast a call informing the status would have been appreciated. Waiting till the last minute for the customer to come and request for the status does not look good on your brand name. I will need to know a final date as when my bike will be delivered to me after all the repairs are made.
