[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — fzs worst servicing bathinda | |||
Dear sir, With this highly esteemed organisation and a brand of repute i was very very much disappointed since continuos 2 year and now i get frustrated with this. The reason is i bought extended servicing for 3 years for the bike model yamaha fz-s milltary green colour in september 2014 to n angul odisha, there service was outstanding, But i came to bathinda in 2016june, But the servicing provided by yamaha showroom here is very poor and disgusting, All they say is, " sir i do only this and this in servicing, very awkward behaviour of technician, a helper is operations my bike results in unnecessary replacement of brake drum, seems like they are snatching my pocket Management is also rude and not supportive. Sir pls inspite of this i have paid for the service hoping to get better, but now my limit has crossed, I beg u plz stop this cheat and distrust in the name of getting money for extended service and damaging the valuable branded bike of consumer by using these non technical personnel,. Please take it as matter most urgent. Bad service after sales even customer care also not providing customer centric delivery service, they are on dealer side and finding out customer lacunae... Bcz they think that dealers matter most than customer.
