[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — i am complaining about service, management and behaviour of their manager | |||||
I gave my yamaha szr bike for serviving on 14 dec. 2019. It had to do servicing and change some parts. He was called 2 day later on16 dec. By not giving a bike to same date. I am also a private employee in vivo in the post of asm. Due to no leave, i went to take the bike on 23 dec, meanwhile, we had received five times call that ur bike is full service and complete. When i saw the bike, no parts were changed and servicing was not done properly. Because its front wheel was fully jammed. I was given the bike three times by the mechanic and the manager there, saying that the bike was complete and after checking it, he found the fault, due to which the mechanic and the manager also got into a fight and abused him. But those people came down among themselves as well. Whatever problems we had and whatever management we had to write about their management system. So we asked him for a compact book and his manager got panic as he asked for a compact book and misbehaved with us and our friends, got on the scuffle and also got down on the abusive galouge. Maximum amount was paid to him and again and again because some problem was coming out. Due to which the parts were coming, it seemed that some amount had gone to the approx 500 in front. On the demand of asking for a what weather complaint book and such dispute, i left my bike there too and we have not taken rest amount. But i want you bike home delivery. After this we went to his showroom where he was not his manager, some other employee talked and he said, "we can't do anything sir and this is the behavior we are with people too, so we can't do anything." can mail We have some video clips in which his manager prem did what he did to us and our friends, and if we tell you the answer we got from his showroom, i can send it to you. My bike is still in the service center and we and our friends also got a feedback call and this whole incident is of parvati yamaha service center and showroom in bihar.
