[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — I faced lot problems in powertrain, | |||||
When I was procure the bike I faced the major two issues Problem - 1 . in low idle condition Engine hunting is more I observed this issue from starting itself and I complained every service period, with dealer executives they told run the bike around 10k kms it's automatically getting resolved but I told clearly it's having problems in Engine but they should not consider my words. Finally I fighten them and rectify the issue and resolve with warranty parts (the nature off problem is internal driving gear free play is more then yours Yamaha standards) Problem - 2 More noise in chain sprocket area while I'm driving the bike the chain is heavily created the sound when pass the rough road the sound is more. And once dealer is tighten the chain and it will automatically loosen next 100 kms this is happened in my bike only I checked with colleagues bikes also This also lot off time I told to your dealership but they not considered my words. I hope there is some manufacturing issue In Vehicle the main function is powertrain but I have lot of issues in powertrain, I totally disappointed with this bike Every 500 km i maintain my bike chain with nearest dealer (Singaperumal kovil) and every weeks two times I maintained the Tyres pressure also but there no better results from vehicle. We were looking for a bike which was suitable for our day today use so then we decided to buy YAMAHA Fz 2.0 after very long discussions.
I was so existed to buy the bike and finally, we got the delivery of Fz 2.0 back color model in 2017 February then i got my RC smarts in March end, but there was a defect in RC smarts card. The Model which i purchased was Black color Fz 2.0 but in Smarts it was mentioned as "Grey" Fz 2.0 then we returned it to the same show room manager to rectify the defect in Smarts card also he agreed to do it and took around 600 Rs from me.
After many follow up with them there was no response and now( date: 21-Apr-18) they are saying like the returned RC Smarts card is not with them the person who took from show room manger is absconding, and now then are asking me to take a duplicate copy from the RTO which is not acceptable.
This is very bitter experience with CRYSTAL YAMAHA Motors Kengeri, Bengaluru, Customer Experience is worst :(
Please take the appropriate action.
