[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Issue with the two wheeler Service | |||
Hi, I purchased my Yamaha FZ FI on April-2015. I completed my 6000 Kms. I faced some issue with my engine (Abnormal Noise) and serviced my bike three times (5-Oct-2015, 24-Dec-2015, 29-Jan-2015) at Yamaha Authorized service center Raj Yamaha, Thoraipakkam, chennai. But still the issue is not resolved. Also they took more than 20 days for these three services. Again i gave my bike to same service center on 22-Feb-2016, but till today (04-Mar-2016) I didn't get even one notification from the service center. I am totally disappointed with this problem. Also I am not getting the response from the dealers after making the call more than 20 times. I am waiting for the proper solution for this problem also I hope, the problem with my bike will be rectified completely. Was this information helpful? | |||
