Yamaha Motor India — No use of visiting Yamaha Service centers

My name is Leela Krishna Bachina ([protected]). I am from Hyderabad (TG). I have given my bike 3 months back in Pearly Yamaha Kukatpally Service Center (2nd Free service). My serial no is below 5. I called service center at 3'o clock to check the status they said not yet ready. Again we went directly to service center at 6 o'clock. Still they didn't started to work on my bike. Bike's which are given after me are delivered and they said come after 7 o'clock. Again I went at 7 o'clock and my bike is ready. I asked them did you fixed all the issues in 1 hour. They said we will spend only 1 hour on each bike. I have given some complaints in that 1 issue is making noise when riding. I observed it’s not fixed when I asked mechanic about the issue he said its due to the tool kit under back seat. Daily I am getting the noise so I removed the tool kit, first-aid kit and all and tested again the same noise is came. I have given my bike for 3rd service at same service center on 27/06/2015 (Bike No. TS 07 EG 1252, job code 6962) and I have given the same compliant that after removing all the items also I am getting the same noise, bike is stopping while driving slowly, the one above the front light is shaking, battery check, chain noise while going in neutral Horn is not working sometimes (the same has given in 2nd free service as well) etc. I went to showroom at 7 o'clock to pick my bike. I went for test ride and observed that back side noise & front light dome issues are not fixed which are visible and identified easily. I contacted supervisor he assigned 1 mechanic to check it. He came and just shake the back tire dome and tighten the bolts and the issue got fixed. Same like that the one above front light bolts were tighten after I asked them. I took my bike to home and observed some noise when surroundings are calm. Can't mechanics can go for test ride after fixing the issues to get confirmation whether they fixed complaints properly or not. I observed they will use bikes for their personal usage like to bring breakfast and to go four lunch. I don't know what they are fixing the issues. If I asked about any compliant they will say bring it back in 1 week if still exists then we will fix it. What's the point of giving for service to fix all the issues at once. People who ever visited the service center when I visited their opinion also same like me only. i.e Service centers are not giving importance & priority to Free Services then what's the point of giving free services by company. Instead if you can reduce the bike price we can do it our own. Water service is also not good even though they are charging 60 rupees for cloth and other things. I observed very small scratches on my bike due to bad cloth usage and bike was not washed completely. For 50 rupees outside people will wash better than Service center guys. one guy said to me in front of Pearl yamaha Kukatpally Center cashier that when he gave bike he said don't change Engine Oil as he did it 2 to 3 days before outside due to not believing Service center guys that they are not really changing the engine oil still they changed engine oil. He said how can I believe that they really changed it. After 3 free services done ( 1 with Venkateswara Yamaha & 2 with Pearly Yamaha kukatpally service centers) I came to know that waste of visiting Yamaha service centers for free services. The money which paid for miscellaneous charges (2nd service 130 & 3rd service 60 rupees) if I added little bit more I can get better service outside. I don't know why miscellaneous charges will change from service to service. Next time on wards I don't want to give my bike to Yamaha service centers as there is no difference before and after service.
