[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Not giving the service properly and rude manner.
This is to inform you that I have felt very about the service which is provided by Yamaha at our nearest branch anjana motors, narsapuram .
I have visited the service center so many times.
While servicing time Simply they are changing the oil and water wash giving back to us.
I have raised a request that tank panel screws are not working properly, need to change that but simply they are escaping with some stories.
I have raised another request that the tank panel lock is broken, but they said first pay money for the part while replacing time, after they will claim the part and give money back to me they said.
I agreed to pay also, but they are trying to replace the damaged part like plastic welding did for that part.
I am following up with them from mid of november about the these issues
I have asked questions to the technician/mechanic like what the use of f-trip and why engine trouble warning light is always on .
For that he told for f-trip if we go speedly that trip will start.
for engine trouble light, if there is no problem on the bike side then that light will be is on only.
Why do we have to face this issue from you, I never expected the service would be like this .
Please do needful.
