[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — pathetic after sales service | |||
I've been giving my yamaha fascino bike for service center to global yamaha located at near stadium circle in ahmadabad since i purchased it in 2016 and to be very honest my experiene with it has gone only bad to worse. It seems they never fix anything in one go. I always have to come back to tell them about the isssue immedialtey after the servicing and it has happened regularly. This time they went too far. My self start was working properly before servicing and immediately after servicing my self start stopped working properly and when i ent to show them they told me to change the battery and the self motor. This is one way of taking money from the customer's. They told me that for a new battery it would cost around 1500 but i got the same and genuine battery from outside for only 1200. This shows that they are completely lying and are robbing the customer's money's. Was this information helpful? | |||
