[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — pathetic/rough behavior from yamaha sales executive after failure in his commitment regarding registration no. | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that I had purchased a Yamaha Scooty from AQUAD YAMAHA [Address: 27/1, Green View, B.T. Road, Kamarhati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700058] on 2nd April, 2019. At the time of Purchase, Mr. Tapas (M: [protected]), concern sales person, give me commitment to give the Registration no and tax token within 20 days (Max) if i purchase the same. But after purchase, in spite of many follow ups I hardly got calls from him regarding this matter and most of the time he prefer to not picking up my calls. Today while I call him he also let me know its take 7 days more. But after that I found after calling manager thats the wrong info and they received my details of tax and registration no by 5th july, but i have not received the message, so i was not aware. His language was rough and he dont have any behave to talk with a women. Now we received the tax details and registration details by today(10th July) but heard that it has been received by them on 5th July. Now the question is if it has been received, why they or any customer care person not called us as we had not utilize our scooty for past 3 months due to all these and also done 1st serving without using this . I am really feeling cheated by sales persons and company that they are not helping me in proper way and not given any email id for grievance redressal. Need Help. You can see the extreme right person from the attached photo of Mr. Tapas. Let me know why yamaha not take any feedback after selling anything to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
