I wanted to purchase a bike for which I finalized Yamaha FZ V3.0 after some research and reviews. After inquiring from 2 to 3 dealers i found AVIAN YAMAHA of Imambada, Mumbai, Maharashtra trustworthy but unfortunately later that came out to be the opposite. I wanted to buy in the name of my company so I was quoted Rs 124000. I even confirmed that I will be making full payment in cheque. As agreed upon I made the payment of Rs 124000 by NEFT. After collecting the bike, I had gone to collect the bill and bike documents I was shocked to receive a bill of Rs 95000. On asking about this I got a reply that 'this is what comes'.
I wasn't ready to accept this so the owner Mr. Mustufa tried to convince me that the tax receipt is of 18740 and insurance bill is of 3051 totaling it to 95000+18740+3051= 116791 and the difference will the Rs 7209 of which i would get a DEBIT NOTE.
I do not understand if I make a payment of 124000 then I should get a bill of total 124000 and not anything less than that. I should get a proper full amount GST Invoice. Also there is no breakup of accessories in bill.
I raised this concern to him to which he said "aisa hi hota hai" (this is how it works). I was shocked on hearing this. How come such kind of practice is going on? I thought yamaha was a professional, trustworthy and reliable company but this came as a shock to me.

To verify this I called another yamaha dealer and presented myself as a new buyer, I asked that if I buy from you will I get a total amount bill? To which he absolutely agreed and said that it’s a definite thing. I even have the call recording.

Therefore, I hereby demand you to either refund me the full amount or take your bike or refund me the difference which has been taken from me illegally. For the time being I have collected the debit note. I have attached all the relevant documents for proof and refrence.

Please look into the matter at the earliest

Yesterday i spoke with your executive Ms. Rashika on the phone. After listening to my issue she first said that in Yamaha we give debit note only. I was again shocked and asked her that if you give debit note for the accessories dealer provided and not a gst invoice then is that accessories in black? And i[censored] don’t give a bill on the service charge with the dealer took then is that money going in black? According to my knowledge gst is on service also and the dealer has mentioned this in debit note thereby avoiding him to pay any gst. She had no answer to this and said that she will talk to dealer about this.
After a few minutes she called again and told me to visit the dealer again. I have already visited the dealer three times and called him at least 10 times. I would like to ask you if I wanted to visit the dealer why would I contact Yamaha and if you are telling me to talk to dealer only then what the point of contacting Yamaha. I have already visited the dealer three times and got the same reply every time. I would also like to inform you that I am partner at my company OMARSONS & CO And I have got bigger job to do then to just keep visiting dealer again and again. I would also like to ask you that am I at fault for asking a proper bill or is he is at fault by not giving a proper bill? If he is at fault then why should I visit him again and again? Don’t I have any other job? I want to make it clear that I won’t be visiting the dealer again and if he wants to solve the issue then he will have to call and courier me the right invoice otherwise I will have no other option then going to higher authority and all other departments that is gst, income tax finance minister and also to various newspapers
On speaking to Ms. Rashika she also mentioned that if I want a bill of the rest amount then I will have to pay more gst thereby acknowledging the fact that my current accessories and service charge is under black money. Because if gst can be charged now then why wasn’t it charged earlier? Was it given under black earlier?
I sense some kind of fraud in this and believe I have been targeted by this fraud. I will wait two days for a proper reply and clarification on this and won’t settle with anything less than a proper bill amounting to Rs 124000. After which I would forward this to various departments that is gst, income tax, finance minister and also to newspapers to uncover this fraud.
