[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — r15s bike overheating over last 8 months but not fixed | |||
Hi, i bought my bike on dec 30th, 2018 and with in no time after six months or so my bike started troubling me with over heating issue which is not fixed by two service centers is., mettuguda service centre and uppal service center which r located in hyderabad. The issue still persisted from last 5 services which upon i have been to service centers for follow backs after very next week of bike servicing over bike over heating issue. The main engineer who is looking after is venkanna from uppal service centre. Its been 8 months and issue still exits. I want my money back which i put on these service chargers and all travelling chargers to the service centre. And if it is not fixed i will have to take the next big step. poor customer service . started complaining about engine over heating and battery dead issue from 6 months after buying bike now as they delayed it for next 8 months they were saying that the warranty period got expired and we couldn't replace the battery. Yamaha sucks don't know how to manage service centers and the quality in it.
