Yamaha Motor India — Received defected bike | |||
Hi i'm sk. Saddam from kolkata. My contact number is [protected] i had purchased fz v2.0 bike from aquad yamaha on 9 novenber 2014 next day when i ride the bike then i feel some sound where occur from bike, i visited the shop they told me that everything will be fine after 1st service. I know that there is a problem in my chain spoket because i used many bikes, so i insisted to change my bike but they did not... After 1st servicing the same problem occuered but every time they do the same thing . I had complain them via mail and calls 20 times. Now 1 year crossed and i ride 17000 k.M now the chain spoket totally damage. And now they telling me to change the spoket with my cost ... This is not fare, they had given me the defected product it was a manufacturing defect. Plz help me ... Was this information helpful? | |||
