[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Reg Delay and Misconversation - Yamaha Bikerz Showroom Nanganallur branch

We have purchased Yamaha Ray Z on 11th Aug 2014.The information received from the NANGANALLUR BRANCH - YAMAHA BIKERZ SHOWROOM, is to come back on Friday (15/8/2014) so that the number plate and front guard would be fitted on the day mentioned. We once again enquired on Thursday over the phone call and the confirmation was the same that they are working on Friday and asked us to come. When I reached the showroom and asked for the fittings today, they gave me the number plate and told you can take it if you want to be fitted soon and the front guard will be available only by Saturday. The information was given by a fat lady in charge ( I don't know her name). A girl picked up the phone call yesterday and gave me the information that they are working today. When I asked where is the girl who gave me such information yesterday, they told me she is not available and if I wanted to get the information I can find her. This is not a responsible answer from your side as a dealer or from the showroom. When the conversation went on I found that the girl who was along with the fat lady was the one who gave me information on the phone. When I asked her she just kept quite. Your showroom people tell me that they haven't given me any information that they will fit my bike's spare parts today. My question is : 1. If it is so, why has that girl not opened her mouth that she was the one who spoke over the call? 2. If only showroom will be opened and the mechanics are not available, they should have given me the proper information. 3. They knew very well that I'm coming there only for fittings and not for the other bike sale. So it is your responsibility to give me proper information that only sales department will be available. 4. They have given me a very irresponsible reply and unparliamentary words. So, I definitely want them to apologize to me and my friend. 5. They said me to take the number plate and asked me to fit myself i[censored]rgent. My question is: Why should I fit somewhere else when I have paid a ready cash completely not even a rupee less?? so, I DEMAND a very responsible answer and apology for this incident. 6. Moreover, I would like to tell you people to give a proper, sustaining service even after the customer has bought their vehicle and not only while the purchase. Your showroom people tell me that they have urgently made all arrangements for my bike to get delivered. Actually, there is no surprise that your people had made an urgent delivery because you people wanted to make a sale. And please dont give such lame excuses. It is not big surprise that you deliver us bike on time immediately. But it is a surprise that you people give us a proper response and same hospitality when we still come back to your showroom after purchase which those people lack just because they have given me my bike and there is no more sale from my side which is not benefit to them and they have their work done. I seriously condemn this and I DEMAND a proper response for my questions from you and the Nanganallur showroom - Yamaha bikerz branch and I demand apologize from those people who gave me irresponsible answers in the showroom. I strictly say this, else I would seriously file a case against the brach office and the people in the nanganallur branch and will Sue them.
