Yamaha Motor India — Service and taking extra charges on Card payment

I bought Yamaha FZ v-2.0 9 months back my 2nd free servicing done with sprint Yamaha bangalore and I went for 3rd servicing they said 3rd free service got lapsed my vehicle just 5066km only why yamaha lapsing those services no other companies are doing like this. and taking extra 2% charges on card payments.
