[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — service station hesitating to provide bill | |||
Hi, Myself karuppiah from chennai, last week i approached a yamaha service center in navalur chennai by afternoon for changing by speedometer cable. At that time corresponding person went to lunch so i enquired whether cable is available or not, they replied it's available and i left the place. Again i went back after lunch and asked same cable, but that service boy said that it's not available. I informed that already i asked and went them he noded that it's present but can't fix it. So i asked them to just give cable then they provided me the cable without bill. They neglected to give even after i asked. So i asked them to fix it there itself to get a bill. But after they fixed also they neglected to provide. I don't know what's the problem with them. Kindly consider it as serious issue Was this information helpful? | |||

I m ravi, I have new bike from aquad Yamaha showroom kamarhati in Kolkata on 21st February2018. After 1st service bike engine all parts r damage i need my new bike was replace but they not to do. When new bike have factory inbuilt problem. Then after repair how we trust. they repair well thats why plees replace my bike
