[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — staff doesn't, support they are not treating in proper way | |||
Dear yamaha team, I purchased yamaha saluto 125 cc bike this year april, that time your sales team showed in decent hospitality way, but after purchase responding is zero, today (20sep) i came to showroom for service, service representative didn't respond well, only morning time only they can take bike for servicing after 1pm service will not take (In rude way service representative said to me) and staff was sitting in a customer lounge and we are sitting in sales team area.. Mean while staff seen us and also stayed in customer lounge and watching tv.. This not perfect hospitality to customer.. We felt international ethics yamaha having but here the staff ethics and which words they are pronuncing very cheap and not maintaing minimum standards..
