[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — warranty fraud | |||
I have issue with my new r15 v3 engine, there was a noise from the engine. I gave it to the authorized service center for service, they say the engine oil was not changed in there service center so the warranty cant be claimed. I know for sure that there is no rule in the warranty act that the oil has to be changed in the service center. The rule in the warranty act is that i have to change oil with the same grade as the company as recommended. I have used motul 7100 engine oil for my new r15 v3. Its 10w 40 oil same as yamable. Please fix this issue and i want warranty to be covered for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
