[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — warranty related | |||||
I purchased a yamaha fzs fi from indel motors cochin changambuza nagar on[protected]. When i visiting the showroom they told to me that you have 5-year warranty freely. Then i purchased bike get some documents and i searched for 5-year warranty documents but there is not, only for 2-year warranty document there. I asked my delivery boy for warranty document but he tells me that there is no document for remaining 3-year warranty. After 1 week 1 enquired for another showroom for this details. I get information that there are documents for the remaining 3-year warranty otherwise you can't get the warranty for your bike. Actually, they are blaming me. I have recorded voice clip of my delivary boy telling about warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||||
