[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — worst service ever - defective battery - brand new bike | |||
I have got a brand new Ray Z and found the battery is a defective one within one month after purchasing. Applied for battery replacement in warranty to the dealer. Its been 20 days that I didn't receive the battery yet. It's not even 2 months I have used the bike. Whenever I am calling the service desk, the reply I am getting is battery is not from yamaha, so we wont take the responsibility. The shocking thing is the same reply I got from yamaha customer care as well. My question to yamaha is we are buying the battery along with the bike. We are paying to you for the battery as well. If the vendor is not good or their service is not good, its your responsibility to change the vendor. Very disappointed with yamaha Was this information helpful? | |||
