[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — worst service-samukh motors | |||
1. I bought a new yamaha fascino 4 months back. But my speedometer cable got issue after the 1st free service (2months) when i asked in show room they said ofcourse bike is in warranty but warranty is not applicable to spares and accessories... Then what is the purpose of warranty... Why should i have to buy a new cable for a new bike even with in 2 months... I bought a new cable and they changed that but they disconnected my headlamp and then rectified... If you approach for an issue... Instead of fixing that they are creating another issue... 2.in free service they are doing just water wash only... They didn't do even any general check or services... Below issues are not rectified... #noise is there while applying brake-not rectified. #engine noise issue - not rectified. #engine getting over heat even for 2-3 kms of running - not rectified. 3. After service they're calling us to pickup the bike but when reach service centre make us to wait for nearly 45 mins... Then why they need to call us... Was this information helpful? | |||

I found that even on small riding of bike FZ25 250 engine gets overheated and some smell of heating type coming when I off the bike .
I completed third service from agency but my problem is still not resolved
Pl.sugest better remedy and how to gets my complaint resolved
