[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha and the dealer are not responding | |||
To Yamaha Dear Sir/Madam I have bought a Yamaha Bike Model (R15 V3, thunder Gray ) from the dealer (Roshan Yamaha Jaipur) date 31/03/2020 Since the day i have bought the bike, i have been facing a defective handle and the issue has not been resolved by the dealer so far. I have made complaints earlier as well and they make no serious effort to resolve the issue. I feel totally dissatisfied with the Vehicle and service provided by you. I therefore request you look into the matter asap else i would be bound to take legal action and go to social media to spread the word of poor quality and poor customer service.
