Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha ray z scooter | |||||
I met with an accident while riding my Yamaha Ray Z Scooter on September 11, 2015. On September 12, 2015 I gave my scooter for repairing at the nearest Yamaha service station which is located near Kundanoor Junction, NH-47, Maradu, Kochi, Kerala. When i gave it for servicing they had told me that they would return the scooter in about a month after repairing it. They also said that i would receive the insurance claim for the accident. Even after the date on which the scooter was promised to be returned has expired 3 months ago, still they havent returned the scooter. Each time we call them and enquire about it, they say that the parts of the scooter has not yet come, or they postpone the delivery to a week later and they never give it back. Please try resolving the issue and ask them to redeliver it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
