[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — yamaha ray z scooter not getting rto registration

I have brought a new Yamaha ray Z scooter from bangalore wheels ( vijaynagar bangalore showroom) on 8th of june 2019 paying full cash within 12:30 PM as directed by your yamaha showroom people. I was told that i would be getting the RTO registration number by max mon evening 10th june 2019 . I was just given the manual and the receipt fro receiving the cash . Till date i haven't received the RTO registration number and i have been shuttling back and forth with the showroom people . 13th evening after firefighting i received the road tax receipt . This is one of the most disgusting experience i have ever had . I never had to go through so much when i had my old two wheeler and also when i brought 2 four wheelers . Bangalore wheels head office people are careless negligent, ruthless and blaming each other and also blaming RTO for this . For 4 days until we got back stating we have not received the registration number, they were not even aware that the amount debited to RTO through online has not reached RTO .. Disgusting @!!! . I will never ever in my life will come back to yamaha again and will ensure will spread this to my friends and no one buys yamaha ..

I am thinking for refund and if i didnt get positive response or RTO number i will definetly return back your vehicle and be ready for refund the amount.If i didnt get anything reply about this issue i will be definetly going to consumer court and i will make sure nobody should suffer like me.

My sincere request is please ask your employees to treat properly with the customer, if no customer comes to your showroom what will you do with your vehicles.
It is their primary responsibility to treat proper to the customer, make sure no complaints should come from the customer.Here in your showrooms very very disgusting, bad, arrogance, negligence etc... they should correct themselves first...
