[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — yamaha ray-zr (black variant) | |||
Dear sir/madam, I bought yamaha ray-zr (Black variant, chasis no. Ms1sed-168h0051989) in september (Challan dt : 16/09/2017, booking no.[protected] at first they gave me scooty on 25th august 2017, then they said they will call when passing needs to be done. They never called. Then i called them reminding about scooty passing, so they said "get your scooty tomorrow & we'll do passing, it will take 1-2 days". So i submitted scooty to the showroom. After that they didn't give any call or anything about passing, so i called them back to ask about it. They gave reason that there was fault in the scooty so they will give me new scooty (Of which challan i currently have). Now it's been 3+ months but still rto passing has not been done. Mr. Ankit & his dad who owns the showroom - sakshi motors, juinagar, navi mumbai - do not attend calls or any kind of communication. It's not just me, all the customers who bought vehicles from sakshi motors have the same problems. Yamaha will face many problems because of this one showroom.
