[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — yamaha saluto 125 cc bike

Sir,
I have purchased yamaha saluto 125cc matt green from shubhalakshmi yamaha, jaipur on 2 sept 2019 for which i have paid full money on 24 august 2019. But following fraud cases happen when i purchased this bike:
1. At the time of purchase they said for a paytm offer but as on date i have got no paytm offer. And i have talked many times with the showroom manager mr. Narendra and salesperson miss deepika but they give no satisfactory answer to me and mr. Narendra misbehave with me.
2. At the time of purchase they said to give yamaha genuine accessories with bike, but at the time of sale they give me other company accessories like sheet cover.
3. On the occasion of ganesh chaturthi (2 sept 2019), the dealer has introduced a offer in which a lucky draw for waive off full ex showroom price for bike or full tank petrol or one helmet or one year road assistance and free service coupons is being given to first 100 customers on paying before 25 august 2019 so i paid full money on 24 august 2019. But when i purchased bike they denied for the offer which is a real fraud and defect in service which can be put on consumer court soon by me.
4. I have paid rs.777/- for the extended 3 year warranty but as on date they did not give me any proof or receipt for the same.
5. Whenever i go in the showroom to consult above matter they behave with me like they beneficence with the customer and talked so rudely.
Please look into the matter soon and improve the quality of customer service of the showroom.

Dear sir,

1. I have purchased Matt green colour but in R.C., it shows Mat Black 2, for which the dealer has no answer and argue with me for the same.

Till date no action has been taken by your concerned department. Have you taken this seriously or not, if you don't take seriously this, then tell me so that i may take alternate of consumer court case against you.
