To Yamaha costumer service Dear Sir/ Madam This is Kollappan from Chennai I have very much interested in Yamaha product. And I also refer Yamaha to my family members. As my suggestion my ante Mrs. Sudha [Contact. No:-[protected]] bought new Alpha on 12/09/2016 from the SRI MOTORS mount Poonamali High Road kattupakam Chennai-56. It as a damage in back seat lock while buying so we have informed to the service center with in one week they said that they will change and give it on 1st service (28/10/2016) but while asking in 1st service they postponed to 2ed service (10/01/2017) .But they did not replace it till now. And now they are asking to pay for the product. I din expect this from Yamaha product. And I need a solution for this issue. Please do further action and help us to find a solution for this. I went yamha showroom for my bike service and i was there and i saw they fit duplicate breakshue and breakpad in my bike those all parts and oil they buy near a moterparts shop I just want original parts and I paid 3 times extra many for those dubecate parts and they don't have any yamha branded parts

I booked a fascino from Adhi motors amaravila thiruvananthapuram. They cannot deliver it as they told. They cheated me. Full payment done to them. I need to cancel the booking. They are not giving money back . Making irritating again and again. I am approaching again to them for payment back. They are not attending calls.
