[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — yamaha service center | |||
24/04/2018 Bike: Yamaha FZ V2 Purchase year: 2015 Today I gave my bike for paid servicing at Kings Yamaha, baner road, Pune at around 11am morning. Concerned Servicing person checked the bike and estimated the amount as it was paid servicing. Then he gave a receipt with "Promise delivery day at time: 5 pm. I gave my bike and went back to work. Now problem started. From 4:30 pm onwards I tried calling Kings Yamaha service center, baner road from the number serached on Google ( as there was no contact details given on receipt!!!) All the contacted persons refer different numbers but nothing happened! Then I visited service center at 5:10(as promise delivery timing mentioned was 5pm). Concerned person asked me why did you come as we have not called you, but I showed promised delivery time then he contacted service center people who laughed and replied don't worry ask that person to come back tomorrow. I got disappointed with the behavior and attitude of concerned person. I had very bad experience this time with Kings Yamaha service center.
