[Resolved] Yamaha Motors India — Bad Service , Very Low mileage & CARBURETOR Change | |||
I Ramakrishna Rao Palla had purchased my FZ-S bike on[protected] at Rajahmundry (Coastal Auto Plaza). For the past all my services given in showroom in Hyderabad i am facing problem with (1) Low mileage (2) low pickup (3) self start, and i have not been rectified the problem till yet. The problem persists and the Mechanic/Supervisor of ( Venkatesha motors, Erragadda, Hyderabad ) saying that i have to change the CARBURETOR. But they are insisting to change as they notified to change the carburetor, at the place of purchase i.e rajahmundry. As i could not go to my native as per job. i again showed at Ashoka motors at Uppal, Hyderabad. they told me that no need to change CARBURETOR and they serviced it at their best after telling the problems i faced at Venkatesha motors, Erragadda, Hyderabad. But the problem persists as it is. As of now for the past 10 months i am staying in Hyderabad on my job, can u suggest me what action should i have to take as i am facing lot of problems as i could not go to the place where i have purchase. I just wanted to know is it mandatory that where i purchase the vehichle should i need to go to that place to replace it. I am waiting for your response ASAP and am helpless regarding my job issues.
