[Resolved]  Yamaha Motors India — Non-Availability of Spare Parts for more than 3 months!!!!

Dear Yamaha Motor India The carburetor of my Yamaha FZ-16, has worn out and my bike stops frequently, (my bike is 5 years old). I have been constantly following up with 2 of your service stations (Excellent yamaha-andheri and Kamla Yamaha-Borivali). I have also paid an advance amount for the same at Excellent Yamaha, but even after 3 months, I have been told, that the part is not yet available. Request you to pls take note of this and take necessary actions at the earliest. In my 5 years association with yamaha, this is the 1st instance where i am not at all happy with the kind of service delivered to me. Writing to you with the expectation of a speedy resolution.
