Yamani Travels — Lack of Punctuality of the bus timings and Mis behaviour of the staff with Lady passengers

Hi We booked YAMANI sleeper service from Vijayawada to Bangalore from Redbus.com. Date of journey was 19-Jul-2015 The fare was too high i.e. 3300/- per ticket. Still due to emergency we have booked the ticket. The bus was delayed by 4 hrs at the reporting point with out any prior intimation. The staff was reckeless when it comes to passenger treatment. First of all no intimation that it has to come all the way from Vijag.Secondly, the delay informed was just one hour before the boarding time and it was informed that it will be delayed by 1hour. As per this, bus which is supposed to arrive by 06:15 is expected by 07:15 pm.But this was delayed and bus reached around 10:15pm. Till that time we are to wait outside near a city bus stop which is right infront of Alankar Wines in Vijayawada. Inspite of all the delays, the attitude of the driver and his staff was horrible especially towards female passengers when they were asked to stop for nature calls at some feasible point and not on the roadside. It was pathetic to travel in the bus with out a set expectation when we would reach bangalore. The arrival time to the city is delayed by 6 hours and several passengers suffered as they could not make it to office and chidlren have to miss some school exams because of this. Through out the travel the bus stopped at various places to have additional passengers on board inspite of some already accomodated outside the sleeper coach.
