I have a seller account on amazon.in as name (Spell telecom) for after 6 months my seller account was *suspended* due to some defect rate issue as their in amazon policy if any accounts will go up from their performance metrics they will suspend the seller account, then after we have try many things to reactivate our seller account but it can't open then after there is option in amazon panel of *seller forums* of customer feedback and questions, on that page i had search for account reactivate service provider and i got *yash consultacny* amazon spn provider i'd also saw their reviews of customers and i decided to contact them to reactivate my account, on that page customers who are giving feedbacks they are suggesting the contact no. Of *yash consultacny* also, and after we had contact him for our account reactivation process then he told they will charge 3000rs for this and in 7-10 days account will be reactivate and also they send their company *mou* for to start the process, then after we send money through *rtgs* on their bank account of *yash consultacny* and after this process they give us *plan of action* document on our mail to send to amazon to reactivate this account. But after 10 days our account is still suspended and we had also call and mail to him that our account is still suspend after 10 days as u told account will open in 7-10 days, we had call daily to him but he didn't pickup our call and also not giving reply on mail and now its more than *2 months* accounts is still suspended and now they had blocked our all contact no. Also not reply to our call, msg and mail, i want my money back or my account reactivate, i just wanted to case a file on this *fraud consultacny* who give fake promises and didn't reply after they took money from customers, i will file this complain on social media also. Please help me and solve this i'm very fed up my money is also hold on that seller account from last 2 months. I have share you someone suffer like us posted a post on seller forum for case on *yash consultacny*, and also share you proof of mail we sent to on *amazon* and third proof of our seller account home page. Please help and revert asap.
